The a808 VIP Program is more than just a loyalty scheme — it's a complete experience. From Bronze to Diamond, every tier unlocks new perks, higher cashback, and exclusive offers waiting for you.
Your tier is determined automatically based on your monthly betting volume. The more you play, the faster you move up.
Loyalty programs are nothing new in online betting. But most platforms make their VIP systems so complicated that players can never quite tell what benefits they're actually getting. a808 built its VIP structure with that problem in mind — keeping it simple, transparent, and genuinely rewarding.
The a808 VIP Program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each time you move up a tier, new benefits activate immediately with no additional application required. Your tier is determined automatically based on your monthly betting volume.
The cashback system is one of the most rewarding features. From 5% at Bronze all the way up to 25% at Diamond — cashback is credited directly to your a808 wallet. Win and you profit; lose and you still get a portion back. Over time, that difference really adds up.
Platinum and Diamond members have access to a Personal Account Manager — one dedicated person responsible for your account. Whether you have a deposit issue, a withdrawal delay, or want to discuss a special bonus, you can call or message your manager directly. No more waiting on hold with a general customer care line.
Diamond members enjoy the highest withdrawal limits and can cash out at any time. Regular members are subject to daily and monthly withdrawal caps, but for Diamond members those limits are significantly higher. If you want fast access to your funds after a big win, this benefit is invaluable.
A808 hosts special monthly tournaments exclusively for VIP members, offering the chance to win extra cash prizes and free spins. Members at Gold tier and above receive automatic invitations to these tournaments.
The birthday bonus is a favourite among members. Silver-tier and above receive a surprise bonus on their birthday — no conditions, no application needed. a808 sends it automatically based on your profile information.
VIP members' personal and financial information is stored with the highest level of security. a808 never shares your data with any third party. All VIP transactions are protected by SSL encryption. To find out more, visit our Privacy Policy Read.
A lot of people think VIP is only for high rollers. That's not the case. Benefits start from the Bronze tier itself. Even if you're betting just a few thousand BDT a month, you'll still earn cashback and free spins. And as your betting volume grows, you'll automatically move up to the next tier.
A808's points system is thoughtfully designed. You earn points on every bet, which can then be redeemed for bonus credits, free spins, or cashback. Points are valid for 3 months, so as long as you play regularly, you'll never have to worry about them expiring.
Your tier upgrades automatically as your monthly betting volume increases.
